# Comment modifier mes coordonnées en tant que patient ?

Pour mettre à jour vos informations personnelles, veuillez suivre ces étapes simples :

1. **Connectez-vous** à votre espace personnel
2. **Accédez** à la section "**Paramètres**" en haut à droite sur votre nom "**Informations personnelles"**
3. **Modifiez** les coordonnées que vous souhaitez mettre à jour
4. **Confirmez** ces changements en saisissant le code de vérification que nous vous enverrons par email ou SMS.
