# Comment envoyer un document à un patient en tant que praticien ?

Pour envoyer un document à un patient, cela peut se faire de différentes façons :

1/ Soit en cliquant sur le rdv du patient concerné, ensuite dans l'onglet **« Document »**, cliquez sur **« Ajouter un document »**. Puis cliquer sur **« Envoyer les documents** **»**.

2/ Soit en recherchant le patient depuis l'en-tête (sur la loupe en haut de votre écran), ensuite dans l'onglet **« Document »**, cliquez sur **« Ajouter un document »**. Puis cliquer sur **« Envoyer les documents** **»**.
