# Comment créer un compte patient ?

Pour créer votre compte patient sur clikOdoc, c'est très simple :

1. Rendez-vous sur [www.clikodoc.com](http://www.clikodoc.com/) ou téléchargez notre application mobile
2. Cliquez sur "**Se connecter**" en haut à droite, puis sur "**Créer un compte**"
3. Suivez les instructions en fournissant vos informations personnelles : **nom, Prénom, date de naissance, adresse email, numéro de téléphone et choississez un mot de passe.**

Une fois votre compte créé, vous pourrez prendre rendez-vous avec les praticiens disponibles sur notre plateforme[[2]](https://intercom.help/supportclikodoc/fr/articles/13212745-puis-je-prendre-rdv-avec-un-praticien-grace-a-mira-l-ia-de-clikodoc).
